Don’t forget: State election law requires political committees to report the name, physical address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year. So please include this information with your donation. If you wish, you can download and print a donation form.

As long as you include the required information, you don’t need to download and print the donation form. But it might make things easier. Just fill it out and return it with your donation. This form will also allow you to donate using your credit card if you prefer that to sending a check.

You can also print copies of our donation form to give to your friends for them to fill out and make a donation!
